We want you to love your Casual Crush Clothing! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Return Contact us at info@casualcrush.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will cover return shipping if we made an error with your order or if the item was damaged during shipping.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.
